Been a while since I used it, but if I remember, on the SERVER there is a directory called 'pccillin' or similar - this contains the actual install files that are streamed to the client, containing both the 9x and NT-based installers in seperate folders. It's a standard setup.exe etc, so should be able to be packaged into a silent install. Cant remember if this is updated with the latest virus defs, or if the server then updates it after install. Either way, i think there are some threads for slipstreaming pccillin with latest definitions in this forum somewhere.
Only comment I would make, is that the server may get a bit confused, and the client may not connect with the server properly if installed this way.
As I remember, officescan automatically installs itself on any new pc joining the domain anyway (cos I used to get annoyed at this), without having to use the web-based install, so maybe best way is to leave it to do this, only takes 2 minutes....

This might differ slightly between different versions of OfficeScan, but each version does have a Client Packager to incorporate the client install with the settings from your OfficeScan Server's ini file.

On your OfficeScan server go to the \PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ClientPackager folder. Run ClnPack.exe and then you can select MSI as the package type and turn on silent. It will create you an MSI file that does not even require any flags. Its been a while as we are now on Version 7.0 but I am almost positive we did the same under the previous versions.

Good Luck.
