Ie with latest unofficial updates fails browser test Rate Topic: -----

The part it fails is the msxml part. I have MD MDAC update 1.4 installed.

IE has always failed all security tests including real-life ones. Why does this seem surprising to you? Fiddle around in the settings and get a higher security level by disabling ActiveX and such things, and see if it passes it this time (i doubt it though).

I'm an Opera fan so we'd have the same "what's the best browser" arguments again. Use whatever other browser you like, just stay away from IE. :P

Of course your IE will fail. It may have all the updates available, but it's still very outdated compared to the latest IE version, IE7.
