nitro322,last 3 days, I was updating the Universal Extractor's Extracting tools , I found some new tools ,why don't you to tyr them  :

cmdFAR v1.02:
http://www.kakeeware.com/i_cmdfar.php

innounp v0.23:
http://blog.skygz.com/post/4.html (this is Simplified Chinese)

gzip v1.3.3
http://www.gzip.org

And I think,Universal Extractor should Add support for StuffIt packages (.sitx)
in console_unstuff12.0.0.21 have "console_unstuff.exe" tool.

I hope you find this useful.

thank you so much for your Universal Extractor!! :thumbup :thumbup

By itself, this isn't very useful. It's only a frontend to FAR plugins. Are there any particular FAR plugins that either add support new or improve support for existing formats? I'm already using cmdTotal for a few plugins - is there anything in particular that couldn't be handled by that, either?

How does this related to the innounp project at http://innounp.sourceforge.net/? I'm a bit hesitant to use unofficial forks of projects.

I use 7-zip to support gzip files. It seems to have really solid support for that format. Is there any particular reason to include a standalone gzip binary?

I'd love to, but I haven't been able to find any freely redistributable utilities that support SITX archives. Do you know of any? Do you have a link to "console_unstuff"?

Thanks for the suggestions.

:hello: 7-zip version included in v1.6rc is 4.57 while latest version is 4.60 (it had improved the WIM,XPS,CAB support and others)

:hello: the "console_unstuff.exe" is not a standalone program it requires (4 more DLL's foundation.dll - pthreadVCE.dll - StuffItEngine.dll - EngineShell.dll) even it won't extract a simple sitx file.. (i tested my self)
