can't get it to work

i have a problem with UE.i'm using ver.1.5 when i tried to extract the following error msg appear.can someone help me with this?

What file are you trying to extract?

Is trid.exe in the bin directory?

Have you tried reinstalling UE?

rar, bin and zip . i have installed again and again but the result is the same! why? and yes trid.exe is in the bin files. is it a problem with my system?

What version of Windows and what version of UniExtract are you running?
