Small question.

I bought a Vista Ultimate x86 SB version and my friend a x64 version. Could I install the x64 version on my PC with my CD-Key instead of my 32-bit version?

Yes you can use an key bought with an X86 version of Vista to install the X64 OS (So long as you have the X64 Media) :thumbup
