Can`t create a user account that works? Please help!!!

I can`t seem to create a user account with a password that 2008 will accept, last time i had2008 installed i had no problem with create an account that 2008 would accept or both. anyone had that problem?

A lot of people ask this in forums
its because your password probably doesnt meet the complexity rules

Try using a password with at least one uppercase letter and a number
that is 8 characters long like this
