I visited this forum quite often when I was starting out with Nlite. I saw a lot of ppl (just like me) who were requesting customized presets for Nlite so I thought I'd post all my hard work in hoping this could save you a few hours, weeks, or months of trial and error :).

Nlited XP Pro_sp2 (119MB ISO) expands to 374MB when installed on hard drive and takes up a mere 289 MB of disk space when fully compressed.

README.TXT INCLUDES FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

**So far, the only element that does not work on my Intel Gateway computer is OLE in Jarte.

If anyone has any suggestions to fix this bug then please post a reply =).

I would strongly suggest that you remove the link from this forum, as this is considered illegal (warez). If you want o help, you can simply upload your preset here. Also, ISO you uploaded on your web page is not useful for everyone. It is just useful for those who have same type of product key (Corporate, Retail, OEM) and same edition (somebody have XP PRO, other XP home), so your preset is more useful then the ISO you uploaded.

Cheers ;)

How is it illegal when there is no product key included? Right, if you don't have that type of key you would have to add OOBE(5mb) back into the ISO. I tested it out by installing it on my computer from scratch and it worked just fine for me. So did the ISO work on your computer? I'm curious. I'm glad you found the other files useful.

It's illegal trust us.

Redistributing windows in any form is illegal unless you are a certified distributer.

Oh. I see what your saying. Even without making a profit? Didn't know that. I'll fix it.

Ppl should give other ppl the benefit of the doubt bc I got banned from two other forums after this single post and I didn't know what I did wrong. So I'm glad someone FINALLY explained this to me. Geesh... just trying to be helpful.

Windows CDs are copyrighted, you don't copy or ditribute copyrighted CD without authorisation, it's just common sense.

Everything is copyrighted. I didn't know contributing to Nlite in this fashion was illegal since they are the one's that make this "customizing thing" possible. Especially when it's not for sell and there is no product key included. I thought that those were the ONLY things that made it illegal in the first place. I've been to plenty of forums where ppl have said as long as I can input my own product key then it's legal. And NO ONE objected (Kel is the VERY FIRST I'm hearing this from). So I was under the wrong impression.

I was simply contributing bc I've been to this forum and others before and have seen requests for presets. I myself wish there was something like this available since it took me seven months to do it through trial and error on my own.

But it's all good now. Just the presets are posted in this forum. I don't want to violate any forum rules.
