I made a mistake with one installation - checked to remove Windows firewall as usual, but forgot it's needed on this PC. I cannot reinstall it because it is my friend's and I won't be visiting him anytime soon again. So - any way to reinstall it?

From all info on this forum, I can say that any component removed with nLite is not possible to put back. Put him some free firewall. Comodo Firewall is recommended by a lot of people.

Cheers ;)

Last I heard, Windows Firewall isn't any good, anyway. I use Zone Alarm Internet Security, but it has failed me a couple of times.

Actually, since SP2, the Windows Firewall is pretty good. And it's a lot less buggy than Zone Alarm.
