I'm from Canary Islands. Excuse my language.
I prepared a spanish version of the nLite tutorial and try to apply.

When I installed the windows operating system xp pro, against my expectations the installation ask me for Name, Organization, Team name and password.

What can I do to correct this behaviour ?

Unfortunately the answer was on that very picture. You have to change the Unattended Mode to "Fully Unattended". I'm sure you'll find the spanish equivalent.
