Hello.

In installing Vlite 1.2 I can't seem to get past the "missing components" screen. I downloaded and installed WAIK after downloading it and burning the .ISO to a DVD but when I bring Vlite up it keeps saying it is not installed. What gives?

OK, I guess the install button is not automatic. I had to manually copy the files to the Vlite directory, then the message doesn't pop up.

You have to Install WAIK, not just download and burn It.

the automatic detection doesn't work correctly under x86 Windows. For x64 Windows it's working fine. So copy the 32Bit (x86) WIMGAPI.Dll into your vLite folder.

I had to right-click on wimfiltr.inf and install to get it to work, in addition to copying wimgapi.dll to vLite folder.

Edit: Oh, but let me add that I didn't install WAIK as I thought it was wasteful.

I downloaded WAIK, burned a DVD and installed it ok. However, vlite still gets stuck when installing. I can't find the wimgapi.dll file (assume it is supposed to be in windows/system32 ?) in order to manually copy it. The only wim... file I can find is wimfltr.sys in drivers folder. Any help ? Can I get it from the WAIK DVD somehow ?
