Hi, when I use the xp installation done with hfslip, during the windows xp setup, I no longer can see the R options to access to the Recovery Console.
Can you help me ?

Seems you've deleted some folders from the i386 source folder, maybe?
You need to have the winntupg folder in SOURCE/i386.

hello! winntupg folder is needed for the recovery console ...

Hello!
When booting from CD-ROM you should see "Press F6 if you need to install a third party SCSI or RAID driver..."
At this screen press F10
Let the loading of the usual drivers continue ( hopefully you have the sufficient drivers to access the harddisk ).
The next Windows Setup screen will then present you the option to press R = Recovery Console.
I have tested this on XP to clean up using Recovery Console command 'fixmbr' and 'fixboot' after a rather
unsuccessful test-run of a dual-boot setup.
This "backdoor" to Recovery Console is open even when the file 'I386\winnt.sif' [data] section have UnattendedInstall=Yes
