I have the latest version of nLite, but I can not get it to complete my set-up.
I have only added a chipset driver, NIC driver, and maybe a display driver.
I used the tweaks and options settings to remove and customize a little, and I have it to make a Fully automated

I have the same problem. Version 1.4.9.1 will not complete. I have to bring up Windows Task Manager and end the nLite.exe process. You cannot start anther session of nLite unless you do.

disable av before doing it
check firewall hasn't blocked local access
use a clean source
try without any drivers
try without any addons

Figured it out...
I was using Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 to make a Windows XP Pro disc, I later saw a thread saying you have to make XP discs on 2K/XP/Server 2003. So I tried on my '03 box and it worked perfectly.
One thing though...
I have
Windows XP Professional SP2
Build 2600.blah.blah.blah
I forgot what I hit to display this, is there any way to remove from within the OS, because I want to image the machine and do not want this on there. Thanks!

jace5869,
You right click My Computer and select Properties. I know of no way to remove this and am curious why you want it removed. You may be able to nLite a XP 32 bit source on a Vista machine by using Compatibility mode (right click nLite.exe-select Properties-Compatibility tab-select XP SP2 Compatibility Mode).
Enjoy, John.
