.NET "Uhandled Exception Has Occurred" Recurring Problem, help! Rate Topic:

So, whether I'm using an ISO I DL'd, or my authentic Windows Vista Home Premium (x86) DVD, Vlite gets this error and hangs every time.
I have installed Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, as well as the WAIK kit (and copied the "missing" driver to the vlite folder)
Vlite - I select the drive containing the install disk, then give it a folder to copy to on the hard drive, and then it finishes with this error every time!

It goes into more detail, a couple of esoteric phrases, then errors and exceptions. I can post if necessary

Any Suggestions?
