valkyre
You must download the "wimgapi.dll" file and place it in the vLite directory.Search Google for "wimgapi.dll download", you should find it just fine.
streamer_
From beginning a have same problem, you locate three files, wimfltr.inf , wimfltr.sys , wimgapi.dll and put them in same directory you have vlite files. In my case I run windows server 2008 x64 as workstation, so I put the my files is from x64 files. so if you run x32 you choise is from x32 files((OKi my english is bad))
