Can someone tell me is it essential to INSTALL WAIK or is it only to obtain the wimgapi.dll for vLite to function.
I haven't the time at the moment to try the alternatives but thought someone would know of the top of their head.

you only "wimgapi.dll" copied to the vLite directory. Or if you must get this 165MB file

Waikx86 32-bit

Someone should modify the software requirements in the vLite download page because it points you to downloadl a 1GB file which is not entirely needed!

Many thanks guys. I should have figured Microsoft would be involved (for better or worse).
Have everything up and running now and am attempting to have all integrated up to todays date.
