I cannot install Server 2008 on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. I go through the install process, it copies, extracts files, then reboots (like normal). When the computer boots up, it blue screens then reboots. What could be wrong? I tried Standard, Enterprise. I even tried using vLite to integrate my chipset drivers. How can I get server 2008 installed?

It's not overclocked, and it does have the latest BIOS. I have no idea what could be causing it. I think the hard drive might be dying.

I pressed F8 during boot, and told Windows not to reboot on system failures. Here is the message on the blue screen.

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000221 0x0010037c).
The system has been shut down.

EDIT: I think the problem is with RAM. I ran memtest86+, and got 10000+ errors =(

Definitely the ram. You have 1000 errors too many.

Try to take it out, dust it off and switch the slots. See if it does anything. Also, check to make sure the BIOS settings are the proper defaults, voltage, frequency.. etc.
