No. This page isn't from Google. It's just someone who made a page that looks somewhat like Google's (poor imitation even -- nothing's centered), and it happens to be the first search result (mainly because the name is in the URL, and also because you used the exact search words from its page), and that's where "I feel lucky" takes you.
It's not that funny... heh
