Can you delete the "last session ini." files from the main xp directory before making an iso? Or are they needed for the install?

They are only the stored settings you used while making the iso, they are safe to delete (there is also an option to not create them in the first place)

And should you need it later, there is a copy of it on your hard drive (Program Files\nLite\Presets\).
