I use this soft first time and something I don`t understand, please explain me what does below things mean:

Those are called SWITCHES.
They are code to tell the app to install with NO interaction at all. (No clicking on next and I agree, crap like that)
As you can read in chapter 1 of the manual the app called USSF "Universal Silent Switch Finder" can and will tell you the most common ones.
There are waaay to many for me to remember and list them here.
