How to edit logonui.exe? Rate Topic: -----

Is there a guide somewhere on how to actually edit the file? I want to create a new logon screen but I can only find guides on how to replace logonui.exe and nothing on how to actually edit the file. I know about logonstudio and that doesn't do what I want.
