Intergrating WPI into nLite

As someone new to nLite, I came across mention of 'WPI', this looks like it will solve the problem of 'how do I install a ready-to-run install complete with FF,OOo & Thunderbird?'. However, having created the correct file structure within the nLite build of XP, I was wondering what I need to do to actually get nLite to run WPI ?.

Any help most welcome.

you have to put wpi in a folder like:

$oem$\$1 inside the cd, so it´s copied to hard drive during instalattion.

Then, you can call wpi trough nlite finish commands, like:

%systemdrive%\wpi\wpi.hta

or a batch file if you like.

i have a batch file that i call when nlite finishes, that batch file starts wpi and in the end deletes the entire wpi folder, and does more things too...

depends on one´s preferences...

Here is a quick start package that will set your windows disk up to use WPI after the desktop loads.

This is for use with all versions of Windows 2000, XP and 2003!

To make use of this archive all you need to do is unRAR it and place the %oem% folder beside the I386 and WPI folders.

Contents of the Post %OEM% archive:

cmdlines.txt

RunWPI.inf
