ok let's start by summing up:

MSN 9.0 that is currently achieving its beta period should be launched on January 8th. MSN will unveil MSN Plus and MSN Premium
The Beta which started in January has gathered around 17000 Testers (from what i've heard back in September...).
The Software will be released by Bill Gates at Las Vegas

If you are a MSN 8 subscriber you can upgrade to MSN Premium here

If you wish to sign up to MSN Premium before it is released:
First sign up for msn 8 here
then go to the Member Center
