So I installed my father's PC without remembering he works with three different keyboard layouts. Of course I only left english and something else.
Is there any way to slap them back without reinstalling from newly nlited source?

TheWalrus, probably not, but you can try putting the original CD into the drive and when it auto starts, select Install optional Windows components. Good Luck, John.

Is there still no way to add a removed keyboard layout to a running installation?

you're misunderstanding the post of johnc, put a cd where the languages are not removed into a running windows and select the items needed in optional Windows components (located in add/remove programs window and/or when the cd is (auto)starting via setup.exe)
