Movie maker sound but no video Rate Topic: -----

So when I open avi files in WMM I get sound but no video. I updated my codec from here:

still not working.
I tried some of the tips here:

Cant even find thew 64bit tools only 32 bit tools.
Iam def running a 64 bit op system.
Anyone have any ideas.
