Ok m8 i made a mistake here. It does not make the .exe file at all (it was a previous one i made with the old creator) so i removed it just in case and remade the .exe which again it failed to do.

Ive included my log file for the process like you asked.

Yep not a problem, Just missing some quotes which bolloxed 7-zip if there were spaces in the filename. I have sorted that and I'll post the build later, currently looking at adding the option of adding DPs and emoticons to SFX.

Ah ha! cool m8 thanks for the quick reply! will make it again with no spaces in the file name and then just rename it after making it.

Thanks a million buddy!

Stoner81.

PS - Cant wait for the next one!!!

Hey m8 ive had a thought.. this version of WLM needs Silverlight v2 installed before it will work now the current installer doesn't include this so wud it be possible to include the Silverlight v2 installer as well with this? I have the stand alone installer file for Silverlight v2 if you want it?

I've installed it and used it without Silverlight and haven't had any problems. Is there some were saying it is needed. As far as I know Silverlight is MS answer to Flash and it's for programming web apps\browser plugins for animation and such. The full version download has the Silverlight exe in it, it is not added as only msi's are added to the list. If it is needed I can add exe's as well and Silverlight can use the /q switch but you would need the 134MB d/l of the WLM

Cheers M8. Yep, AutoIt. Looks like we are both branching out, I have seen your Nero Lite :thumbup Our progs must work well judging by the number of views\d/l and the number of replies the threads get.

Ahh reet m8 ok no worries, the full version (134mb) says it needs Silverlight due to the video call stuff (i think?) anyay thanks for the info I install Silverlight in my system through the WPI (along with everything else) so no worries.

Stoner81.

PS - Got the latest version (Build 4)! thanks m8!

Hi there :hello:
just downloaded your tool and wanted to test it but i am getting this error in the "log" tab:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Program Initialising Running --------->
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Searching for .cache folder: C:\Programme\Common Files\Windows Live\.cache
   ########## <ERROR #1> .cache folder was not found <ERROR #1> ##########
i am on a german version of xp and my "Common Files" folder is called "Gemeinsame Dateien":
C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Windows Live\.cache
could you please change your tool from: "%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Windows Live\"
to: "%CommonProgramFiles%\Windows Live\" which points to the proper folder

thanks in advance

BigRandalo

btw: there is also a newer version of 7-zip out there

Thanks BigRandalo, it's sorted now. I know about 7zip, I normally wait a week or so to see if there are any probs with the latest version. I have added it to this release.

First post update with build 5.

No probs. The program needs people with non English setups to test it. Thanks

Does the files exist?. If not I will have to add a check for the files before loading the list.
