how to remove Malware effect exprorer hang on copy past or "send to" option activated Rate Topic: -----

I don't know, which type of virus or malware get infected my computer.

When every I right click a file or folder and hover "send to" option then my explorer hang.

and also when i try to copy or past file,folder or even if i use shortcut key then also my explorer hang.



I think virus or malware is there in my computer and it also damaged my some of system file, that's why this all's happening.

So, do you any guys , girls know which file is the main cause of this all, and which virus or malware is this, and how can i get rid of this problem
I don't want to format my computer.

If you want to check for an infection, please download my Anti-Malware Toolkit and get the Professional package. Then follow the directions in the PC Cleanup guide. After that, please post a HijackThis log.

Safe Mode > Autoruns (Options: Hide Microsoft Entries) > Refresh 'Explorer' Tab > Uncheck things...
