Are you sure its not one of those chain emails? The person who made this email forgot to mention the time zone of 7.00pm.

several people recieved this that I know, it was broadcasted on our local radio stations....I guess 7:00 everywhere, except one thing...the suns still out in Pennsylvania...oh well Ill be outside.

LOL...he's right. We will all be looking crazy with our candles because everybody's planning to do it. Of course, if you are in the UK you missed 7PM by about 5 hours!! BTW--I think it is sooo awesome the way the people in UK and other countries have reacted. The changing of the guard with American National Anthem playing really made me all teary eyed.
