Windows wasnt able to find the install.cmd file i made. I put it in the correct directory per the instructions, but with no success. Heres a pic and info:

[GuiRunOnce]
%systemdrive%\install\install.cmd
%systemdrive%\install\hotfixes\hotfixes.cmd

Make sure you have the WINNT.SIF file properly named. Happened to me where winnt.sif was winnt.sif.txt. Winsetup will not see the answer file. What I have done is gone to folder options and unchecked "hide extension of known file types" This way I can see the extensions properly.

I already made extensions visible and all. I know for a fact that it sees winnt.sif due to the fact that the OS is installed correctly without any user interface and it says that its an sif file when i look at its properties.

I think i found out the reason. May be because i forgot to type EXIT at the end.

Nevermind, i still got the same error. It happens during the T-13 stage of installation.

You can't install MSI packages from cmdlines.txt. (unless packaged in IExpress). Only GuiRunOnce.

Could it be because i left a few program install files in the applications directory without any reference to them? I really dont know what else it could be as i dont think i installed an msi in cmdlines.txt

Check and see what you have running in the cmdlines.txt file, maybe one uses a prepackage, that is its in a exe and extracts it self and runs a MSI file.

It might be one of my programs. Its called Samurize and i dont think ive seen anything on how to properly install that. I just looked at the guide and saw that it was Inno installation and followed the steps from there.

I think i messed up somewhere with installing .NET FrameWork. The error i get comes right after that. Ill just take another look at the guide.
