no vidio after installiation HELP! win 7 video problebms.

Hi everyone i am new to this site and i tried numerous times to install win 7 i have a asus P6t Deluxe ic7 chipset 2.66 a few 500 gig sata drives combo burner and two Nvidid BFG 9800 GXT oc video cards and three gigs of ocz 1066 mghtz tri channel memory and a 1000 watt powersupply. but when i bootup it has a black screen and says windows 7.000 for testing only nothing else no desktop and no starting for the first time screen any sugggestions i tried x64 and now i am using x86. :realmad:

Try to change ouput in your video card or use a second monitor. I Have same problem when install Vista 64. I donīt why the SO change. Later works fine. I Have Nvidia 9600.

Agreed - it seems as if Windows thinks you have multiple monitors attached, meaning the video driver is likely telling Windows that you have 2 monitors. If you can remove one of the two cards and it works, this is likely the reason. I also have seen issues with certain ASUS boards and multiple PCI-E video cards that require a BIOS update before this works in Win7 (finding non-existant monitors, marking the wrong card as the primary, etc).
