It is herein possible to make sure, looking screenshoot below.In chm problem and as e to decide, because for 1 hour it can happen to 5-8 times. Sometimes in general works it is 3-4 hours normal. In 99% of the times this is related to malware being installed on the machine. Run a full security scan on your machine and report back with your findings.
