This programme can encrypt any files and looks like very cool!
supports windows2003/vista/windows7

I would be very wary of this. A newly registered user with no previous record on the forums offering to download an exe with a vague description... sounds dangerous. Proceed at your own risk.

Coincidentally, if you are looking for good encryption, you might want to do some research on PGP. It's cool stuff.

Agreed. The file is virus free, according to virustotal.com, but after running it in a VM it didn't seem to do anything useful other than popup hello world messages and "isn't china great?". I'm not even gonna virus scan the VM, just delete it. Program is specious at best, posted in the wrong forum, and from a user with no track record. It gives me enough of a bad feeling to shut this down. Thread closed, file deleted, user banned.
