I have a question: recently, on another forum I rarely go to, they just went through and deleted all the user accounts with 0 posts. Now, I haven't worked with Invision that long (or PHP or MySQL for that matter) to know how much space a user name and profile takes up. I'd suspect it'd be around 5 kb? Is that even worth deleting all the 0-post members? So, I went on the MSFN member page, sort by post count, ascending. Well 68 pages later, I hit the 0 posters. There were 158 pages of them. With 50 results per page, that turned out to be about 7900 0-post members.
If each is a 5 kb space hog, according to my (probably wrong since I'm tired) calculations, it's 38 megs of disk space. Does something like that impact server performance?

not really. some people register and dont post for years, people have posted on here before when they registered moons ago. Deleting them results in a flurry of "why did you delete me" emails and complaints.

Registering gives you the ability to view posts since your last visit and a couple other things. That alone is worth registering. Usually site space isn't the issue... it's site bandwidth. If it were causing more bandwidth then I could see why someone would delete them, but it's not.

Over 3.000 people are subscribed to threads or topics. Bandwidth is not issue. We deleted 0 post members twice before ( about 4.500 members) and got a lot of mails from angry users.

So there is no reason to delete those 0 post members.

I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Thanks for letting me know.
