Hi.

Just having a little problem with Makcab and i am hoping some one here can help.

I am creating an application to help with the aid of creating an Unattended XP CD but makecab is holding me back as i want to get this sorted so that i can release a beta version.

For some reason makcab will not compress a file with a space in between the file name.

I.E. Vista Aero.jpg

MakeCab creates a directory called Vista then says it cant find file Aero.jpg

Is there a way to get MakeCab to compress these files?

Many Thanks

Worf.

Have you tried surrounding the file name with double quotes (e.g. "Vista Aero.jpg")? Haven't used makecab in a few years though, don't recall if it had particular issues.
