question from nOob ?


i had change ntoskrnl.ex_ on my instalation CD with my own ntoskrnl.ex_

but after instalation it my bootsreen back to default windows bootscreen. :wacko:

anyone help me please, why? (using XP SP3)

There are a few possibilities, but the most probable is, that you have a multi-core processor, so your system is using ntkrnlmp.exe instead of ntoskrnl.exe. The other possibility is, that your file gets overwritten with the file from SP3.cab.

owh... my pc core 2 duo ...is it possible?

any idea make my bootscreen change with my own.
