krzychu70 Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 Hi,I received fm friend of mine Vista img with already integrated SP1 but it contains integrated drivers for his pc and some small customizations (oemlogo, etc) - in $OEM$ folder.I would like to get rid of it - can i just delete from image this $OEM$ folder and Autounattend.xml?I want to do it with Isobuster - is it safe?Thanks! drzpapi1985 Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 It all depends, the OEM folder might include the activation or any other files that installs after the installation! If the oem folder is empty it is safe to delete! I think the Autounattend.xml most importantly stores the cd key automatically! The Autounattend.xml is created to the installation dvd when you change settings in the unattended sections using vlite! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
