Solved my "no-vmnet0" problem by switching to MS-VPC, & finally got VM installed, with no problem I must add..
Exept one, 816093 is missing...
I used: xpsp1_en_x86.exe

So far I know, there's a big remake of XPCREATE underway and at this very moment there's not big language support in XPCREATE.

GM's dirlist.txt is very explanatory.
type 1 goes to SVC-HF1
type 2 goes to SVC-HF2
exceptions like Mdac and its updates goes to SVC-MDC
hmtc stupid wizard update goes to SVC-MSX
and etc I believe everyone here has eyes
edit:
okay I don't want u to think of me as an as***** but...
I've played with your html file a little and here's a copy of it.
i didn't really understand what those dates were for..

In BaTLeZone's DIRDESCRIPTION.txt he added this line:
SVC-WMS........ THIS IS FOR MS MESSENGER 6.1
is this possible to replace windows messebger with MSN messenger?
(with XPCREATE)
if so, does setting:
[Components] msmsgs=off
affect this?

in X2M place wms first, then msn messenger in order (wms first) to alleviate that requirement before logging in

or it is done this way?
with XCP DX9 it is done at the 13min mark along with the rest
i checked it out looks like WAY to much work for me but if u like to u would have to do it to ur xp-souce 1st before u use XPC then u would no longer need the DX9 update in the SVC-PRE folder.

But do it before XPCreate and be srue to make sure the DX9 cats are in the svcpack.inf file

hey no worries
yes GM's dirlist.txt is very explanatory but only for what was listed.
i am trying to do a more advance (info) one for all of the folders so for ie i know were i can put a repack of something. yes i know i am getting ahead of GM and his rewrite of XPC but i'd like to know what the other folder are for
i like what u did with it and i changed it to show more of what i am trying to get at.

yes they are very nice but out of date.
for eg.
SVC-DAH
ENU_Q832483_MDAC_x86.EXE (MDAC Update)
KB832414_MSXML3.0_x86.exe (MSXML V3 Update)
SVC-DAS
MDAC_TYP.EXE (MDAC 2.8)
the folders are not in the new XPC (can't find the in the old one either)
I was trying to set up a current list for the new XPC and add more info so that I can undestand what i can put in a sertain folder or was the that ur job if so sorry.

But I do appreciate the help, and that was the motivation for the half hour I took to update those pages. Note that the rest of the site is still outdated.
