Hello,
I have an Admin install of Office 2003 SP3 Enterprise. I've customized it using CIW and distributed it to a few machines within our organization. The only thing that doesn't work is online clipart. You go within Word and go to insert clip art and 'Web Collections' doesn't show. You go to Clip Oranizer and 'Office Online' is grayed out.
We have Websense, but I don't believe that is an issue because users with an older Office install are able to access the clip art fine.
I got it to work on a few machines by uninstalling office again, and clearing out all local profiles, and removing any signs of office within the 'Default Profile'
I see that, within CIW, you can apply a URL for Clip Organizer and such......do I need to insert the online clipart address there? I would think that if I left it as default it would already have that URL built in.
Ideas?
We have the original Office 2003 Enterprise in which I slipstreamed SP3. Used CIW to set up some settings, didn't use an OPS, set it to 'not run from network' and 'do not migrate settings.' Machines are all XP Pro SP2, with some running SP3.
