scarslilpyro
I have legit windows xp pro.I would like to download sp3 and integrate it into the XP CD as well as the key (will this leave the key on the CD?)(Only question about keys)I downloaded the sp3 update through WUD, but it seems that it will not run? It gives me the error " "WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe" is not a valid win32 application "The name is "WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU.exe" and it's 149,871 KB.I downloaded it through x86 service pack 3 update list.I would like to only add things that are not hardware specific, such as video card, sound card, etc, but rather: Firefox with addons Soulseek (frostwire/limewire alternative) A trial of nod32 anti virus Spybot S&D

submix8c
Bad download? This link to MS download for Network Install is what you want. Size is 316.4 MB...(oops! Glen got there too - gave the hash...)note - use a downloader like FlashGet to download faster and more reliably. When download begins, cancel it and use the link (in the page for direct download) and put it in the downloader. gUiTaR_mIkE
Download it again. It should be 316.4 MB. MD5 should be BB25707C919DD835A9D9706B5725AF58Agreed, this is correct for the network installer md5.A great tool for extracting direct links if they should be hard to find is cURL.It's simple to use: curl -I "known link here" cURL will look and reveal a direct link if one is available.Mike Edited April 30, 2009 by gUiTaR_mIkE
