When I attempt to download the UXTheme Patcher or XPGames DLLs it says I cannot leech that file and to go to the home page. I go to the home page, attempt downloading ,again, I cannot leech file.
PLEASE HELP!

Downloaded with no problems. Are you able to download anything at all from here or another site? Might be a firewall issue?

Right-click and click on "Save target as..."!
