1) USB specificatin revision 1.1&2.0 compliant
2)Support RS232 serial interface(DB25 or DB9)
3)Support over 1Mbps date transfer rate
4)Support remote wake-up and power management
5)Support Windows98/SE/ME/2000/XP
6)Solution:two chips,the compatibility is better.
