How do I remove a Trojan Horse virus?

I was playing a game on my laptop and was interrupted with the following message:

Can someone help me remove it please, AVG don't seem to be able to and i'm a little worried it's going to cause some damage

Please download my Anti-Malware Toolkit and get the package that matches your Operating System. Then follow the directions in the PC Cleanup guide. After that, please post a HijackThis log.

I suggest go download free malwarebytes and run it it will find it and remove it very simple program.
