how do i create a silent install ive seen alot of threads but there way out of date is there a new way to create them

also how would create 1 to be able to choose where the shortcuts go, where it installs, and if i want to install other settings with it like the tool bar or without toolbar ect

This is a wide area, and you will have to be specific about the programmes you want to install. You can find some information HERE about different types of installers and their switches (under Intermediate section), or you can use search to find add-ons or installation procedure for specific programmes.
