I have had a lot of trouble with my sony vaio with software and drivers and too cut a long story short none of the fn brightness buttons work so iv had to buy a set of recovery disks from sony at a cost.
I got them today and reinstalled everything.
I have bothj a sony recovery dvd & a original vista disk
My question is can i make a unattended vista disk from either the recovery dvd or both disks?
I want too just be able to load vista have all the drivers installed then activate using my license key
and once vista is installed i hopefully my fn + brightness up and down buttons would work.
Out of all the systems iv installed vista on sony ones are not easy. I do not think the driver and software where very well put together. If i had this issue with hp laptops i would just go on their website their drivers would work but sony do not support any vista os other then the vista install that they created on the recovery disks

You probably could, but you will have to research whether they use an unattend on it already or WinRE.

- Unattended Windows Vista/Server 2008
- Using the \setup.exe and \sources\setup.exe files →
