Hello there Guys, long time no talk. How’s everyone doing? Well I am back and of course need your guy’s opinion. In July my new Rig will be One Year Old. (I Feel Really Happy). I have updated The System Ram from 4GB to 8GB and I have also put in the New Raptor 150GB HD and I am glad that this is my now Main HD. So total of 4 HD in my system and of course running Windows 7 Ultimate RC as my OS. This I have updated so far. Now I was planning to update couple of other things, so this is where you guys come in. I have couple of Question for you, so here they are:

1) My case right now is CM Stacker 830 Black and of course it’s Big. I am looking to replacing this case with something new. My Price range is below $250. I have been looking around and so far this is the only case that has caught my attention

]Lian Li - PC-V1010 or PC-V1000Z or PC-7FW or PC-60FW

Your thoughts on these Case or if you have any other recommendations, please feel free to share. Thank you for your time.

2) Graphic card I have right now is 8800GT and I have no problem with at all. I was looking into up-dating this too. Is this a Good Time to Update or Wait? Also what would be your guy’s recommendations? Nvidia or ATI doesn’t matter. Price wise I am looking to send $200 or less! This is would be used for Windows 7 and Casual Gaming.

You’re Thoughts on this update and recommendations are always welcome. Thank you for your time
.

P.S. Josh :thumbup

I do not know much about those cases but I do like Antec ones (if you read the opinions of case thread, you will see the gamer 900V2 and P180/2/3 are my wanted cases).
As for graphics card, what games do you play and at what res? For 1680x1050 and below your 8800GT should be fine for max settings in just about all games. For a higher resolution, go for either a Radeon HD 4770, 4850, GeForce GTS 250 or GTX 260. Not sure about prices for these cards where you live, but in Australia you can get the HD 4770 and GTS 250 for $200 so you should be able to get it at that price any where else in the world! But like I said, your PC looks good to handle any game at a 22inch monitor res right now.

Thank you for the input. I will checkout the recommened for the cases. Just for thought, Would you guys recommend me waiting for the new graphic wave that we are gona get. Also wait for DirectX 11 Ready Cards. Your Thoughts?

I am also looking to updating my 22" to either Bigger LCD or the new Samsung LED 32" Baby TV!

The Antec P18x series is my recommendation also. However, make sure you get the PSU you want at the start. If you tie your cables, replacing the PSU down the road is going to be a major pain for you.

True but I think he is using the PC in his sig and just wants a new case and graphics card. Any single GPU will run on his current PSU so I reckon he will be holding onto his Corsair HX-620.
