Let me add my thanks for this tool. It worked fine for me on Win7 x64: neither of the LG firmware updates mentioned 64 bit versions so I was reluctant to try them.

LG GH22NS50 Bluebirds Removal Tool

EDIT:
A few people have requested the original tool and have had problems with the firmware update so I have attached the original Bluebirds Removal Tool to the post again.

A Five Star Rating for Spiff !

Hey Spiff,
Any chance you can post BlueBird_SETTER_Silent.exe's MD5/SHA1 hash ?

I'm doubtfull LG will update their web site's *.exe with MD5/SHA1 values.
(They're still listing 0kb for the TN01 version!)

Thnks!

Only the posted tool worked for me the others posted on LG's site just didn't THANKS SO MUCH BRO it's a shame Lg counters-down it's reputation by this issue, Nevertheless I still don't know if bluebirds was in anyway useful.

I found that the removal tool only removed the software but didn't remove the Bluebird name and icon for the drive itself. Only the latest Firmware update removes everything Bluebird.
