Ask a question about "all the normal Windows functionality can be turned on or off" issue

I have tried to streamline the problem also has to face, you can talk about the use of specific vlite streamlined vista in "all the normal Windows functionality can be turned on or off" is how to achieve it?

Windows Features depend on Help and maybe on Fax support and Windows Searchas well.
