so i was browsing around on reddit and found this:
http://gawno.com/200...n-your-pockets/

It sounded interesting but after looking at the pics I decided I probably have very little in common with those people. Just about everyone i know carries cooler stuff than these people.

so heres the stuff i carry around every day.

Work keys (19 full size and 7 little ones)

Actually, I need to send in the Leatherman Charge for repairs since I broke the safelittle tab that keeps the cardboard cutting blade locked open so the Skeletool will be the backup for a while.

The charge is nice but occasionally there are places it wont fit well so that why i have the Skeletool for more precision type work.

ill have to break my laptop bag down tonite. (same bag as gamehead) but i can tell you mine is much less exciting.

The GOOD news are that the contents of your pockets do look extremely GEEKish. :)

The BAD news are that the contents of my pockets are extremely similar :w00t:

The even SADder news are that I ADDITIONALLY found in them, beside a small torch:
- 2 steel washers - different sizes, Ø8 and Ø10 mm
- 1 inox nut, M6 -
- 1 brass screw, M5
- 1 bent wood screw

All items that I either picked up from the street or that were "not-needed-anymore" when re-assempling something I had disassembled to fix it.

I've got my wallet, which is 30 years old and held together with tape. Also a Sonitrol Keycard.

The other pocket has a CrystalFontz pen, my keys, Samsung Juke, a 256MB Memorex UFD labelled "Dave Lives", a Bic and a pack of Marlboro Lights.

This is a great idea! I don't have a digital camera of my own but what I do have in my pockets is:

1-Unlocked Nokia 6300 with a 2GB SD card and fake leather pouch
2-Wrigley's 'Extra' chewing gum packet (just the wrapper unfortunately )
3-Kingston 'DataTraveler 100' 16GB loaded with all sorts of good stuff
4-List of random stuff I want to download off the internet soon (not saying where from )
5-List of computer parts+prices of a PC I will be building for a friend soon

And sometimes I might even carry my wallet and some cash around with me :w00t:

:w00t: You mean what's left AFTER their Mom/Dad (your kids) get into them...

@jaclaz - Washers? Sounds like me (I do autobody repair). P.S. - do NOT carry a tube of krazy glue in them...

@PC_LOAD_LETTER - I note 2 quarters and a dime as well - also sound like me... :(

- Swiss army knife (about 15 years old)
- Keys (car, house, storage unit)
- HTC Touch Pro
- Wallet (about 10 years old, but no tape... yet)
- Leatherman Charge TTi
- Zune 8GB
- 1x 64GB Patriot XPorter Magnum USB key, 2x 16GB Patriot XPorter Rage USB key

I keep all my cables, cable testers, and heavy duty wiring and testing tools in the car, along with my regular toolbox and a set of jumper cables. Those obviously won't fit in my pockets anyway :P.
