For past week or more cdshell.org has been down, so i've decided to share my cdshell for my all windows dvd i made about a month ago. To use it, extract the files to the root of your cd/dvd, and edit cdshell.ini. If you want to add serials, put your serials in Serials.txt and put it on the root of your cd/dvd.
Once done, use the -b switch in cdimage, example: -bc:\cdsh\loader.bin
download here
I should give credit to flyakite, after all i just copied his cdshell.ini lol.

I would guess it's because nt4 has a different boot sector, bink's site should have it. For my unattended dvd i only included win2k/xp/2003. After all, who would use nt4 if you could install win2k+?

did you extract from sp6a ntldr , ntdetect.com, atapi.sys and place them in your I386 folder?
did you put at root :
cdrom_w.40
cdrom_s.40
and does your bootable dat/bin file pointing to the right boot folder?
is txtsetup.sif and setuploader.bin referenced correctly?
