you will need to edit the paths in the ultimatex64.bat file to your correct location of your mounted wim folder...

Hey brother is it necessary to make s1 and s2 folders in C drive only????????????????????

or we can make these folder in any of the drives????????????

I tried your old method of build 7201, when I ran insall_wim_tweak.exe in the command prompt and gave the path I was getting some error.

since your mount folder is c:\s2, then edit the paths in the batch file from:
dism.exe /image:d:\s2 /remove-package /packagename:Microsoft-Hyper-V-Common-Drivers-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7600.16385

to:
dism.exe /image:C:\s2 /remove-package /packagename:Microsoft-Hyper-V-Common-Drivers-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7600.16385

it could be different drives but you will need to edit the paths in ultimatex64.bat as in above reply...

Thanks brother but I am getting error in mounting the wim file with 5 image (as you told use 5 image option for ultimate)
I am getting error "unalble to mount image. The Parameter is incorrect."
but I can successfully mounted with 1 image.

Attached File  mount.PNG (19.78K)
Number of downloads: 25

But when I went further with Image 1 and ran tweak.exe I got another error, see this screenshot.
Attached File  cmd.PNG (45.35K)
Number of downloads: 38

if its an original copy of x64 then the ultimate image will be image 4! from what i can assume of your 2nd pic, it looks like a warez copy as it has too many packages which probably explains why you got the error too...?
which means i or anyone else wont be able to help you any further...

That is odd seeing as Windows 7 has about 260 package subkeys and server 2008 has about 340 or something like that.

no idea about the local policies but you could probably remove more of the netfx assemblies as well as few more files from the winsxs folder..?

ps i seem to almost have the wmp 64 removal working but still keeping x64 compatibility so future updates should still install...
