My friend has upgraded his Vista Home to Vista Ultimate and now he is missing all of his applications/drivers from HP. He said this had happend in the past too but there was some backup/restore file that someone used and got his missing applications and drivers back.

I just want to know how can I bring back his HP drivers and applications. I believe in XP you have to just install those apps/drivers separately but according to him in Vista, we can bring it back from some file. according to him it should be somewhere on his C drive
